"Hotel was filthy. Entire hotel stunk. Just awful smell once you walk in. Room had molds, previous guest/tenant trash, cat food, dog food, pots and pans. Broken and dirty furnitures, dried up throw-up in the stairwell, trash in the hallway. The worst hotel experience I have ever had. This is coming from an immigrant from a third world country. We only slept there because customer service wouldn’t move us without a fee. The over night manager was very apologetic. That was the best part of the stay."

"I only stayed overnight, but I felt very comfortable. The man at the front desk made all the difference. He answered all my questions even with my accent. He very politely asked me to repeat (a few times ) but I did not feel annoyed. "

"We have stayed here many times. On our most recent visit we had a problem with the HVAC. The fan was noisy and we could not turn it off, even though on the control panel it said it was off. It made for a rough night's sleep."
