"We booked this hotel for one night, from april 10th to april 11th 2025, which happened to be the last day of our bhutan trip. The online pics looks great and we thought we would treat ourselves. We made the reservation using hotels.com and pre-paid online.When we showed up to check in around 4:30pm, the front desk person said that he did not have our names on the check in list. "Pros - The rooms were extremely spacious and large. The view around the hotel was amazing with the river just along the property. The bathrooms were extraordinarily huge. Cons - the bathroom floors were marbel which during the period of december were almost unbearable to walk on barefoot. Otherwise highly recommend. "
