"The place was amazing! Check in process smooth with lockbox. I got a video on how to get into the building, so its impossible to miss it. Had shampoo, bodywash, hand soap, everything you need. Very clean, two bathrooms, quiet. Upstairs bedroom was beautiful, Milan Retreats are very responsive, reply almost right away. Two balcony views, view is over a park, 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, 8 minute walk to metro. Peaceful area, absolutely no complaints and would HIGHLY recommend. Smelled...

"The hotel is undergoing some extensive repairs which we were not advised about in advance. The room service was good but not excellent we only ever received one bathrobe and on one occasion only one bath towel. Other than that it was good. The breakfast was superb with a wide selection and very nice coffee. The outstanding feature of this hotel was the location. Right next to the canal which has a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants and was very busy every night"
