The room was spacious and clean but what really made the difference was the excellent customer service. From the moment we got there we were greeted with a very warm welcome and all staff were polite, friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

The room was clean. But for example in my room the carpet had big stains. Which just isn't very nice to see. Staff were all great when my key card stopped working twice.
