"Let me put this upfront the flat is great very clean and great comfort. The bathroom is for four+ very small but still sufficient and the kitchen is well equipped. It is directly located at the market square which is great for going but but also means that until midnight it can be quiet load. Now the downside, I had possibly the worse customer service ever. "The hotel Royal Ricc is in a very convenient location only a block from the main Square in the City Hall. There are several restaurants and bar bars nearby. There is one with very good beer next to our window, however. It hasn’t bothered us, but it might bother someone who is a light sleeper. They offered to move us, but we chose to stay where we were because the room was really awesome!"

"Could have been great, but the apartment was not clean when we arrived (hair in the shower, dirty floor and sofas). Called and got told that cleaning will arrive the next day. But no one came. "

"The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "

"The property seemed to be in the middle of construction/remodel. The apartment itself was spacious but was unfinished. The space under the tub was untitled, the floors in the door frame were missing separators, and most importantly, there were no window coverings on any of the windows, nor was there a shower curtain or door. It felt like we were given a room that was close but just not quite finished. Also, we were on the 6th floor but the elevator only went up to 5. Better than nothing! If...

"We had pleasant stay. Our bus arrived in Brno in early morning. Hotel Continental allowed us Checked in at about 7:30AM. We appreciate their help. The location of the hotel is the best, convenient to all the attractions in walking distance. The room is comfortable. The breakfast is with rich choices. We'll come back for sure."

"I don’t know if I’ve had the perfect combination of convenience, proximity, professionalism, friendless, and an incredible room all in one stay. Grandezza ticks ALL the boxes. Cannot recommend enough-from the spacious room to the killer views to all the activities in and around d the hotel, it’s the perfect place for a day or two or three in Brno. 10/10 will stay again!"

"I wanted a hotel near to the Vila Tugenhat and tram lines that would be good for an overnight stay. Hotel Europa met my needs. It isn't fancy, but the staff are welcoming, friendly, and informative and helpful. The rooms could do with renovation, but they are spacious, comfortable and clean. I was on the top floor in hot weather, but opening the skylights at night and air con at other times fixed that. The breakfast in the morning was a real spread of hot and cold options and very delicious. I was very happy at Hotel Europa"

"Absolutely wonderful property. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. I lucked out and got a room with a gorgeous view, but even if you don’t have the same luck, they have a wonderful, large rooftop terrace with beautiful views. Tables and chairs are aplenty on the terrace, and you’re welcome to bring drinks up there to enjoy. Great staff, great experience. Definitely recommend. "
