Room was really nice, clean and tidy, we had a great view of the river. Very convenient parking next to the hotel. Will be staying here again next time we are in York."

"Hotel was clean and central location. Only problem we had was the time it took to check in. The queue was MASSIVE and snaked all around the foyer. Other customers were telling us it took them over an hour to get checked in so we went away and came back two hours later. Other than that it was fine."
