"Airport shuttle was a nightmare as airport signage for Terminal 3 and Hotel Shuttles were not aligned. Despite asking 4 airport staff. Then was asked to pay for the return shuttle.??? Breakfast was good."

"I spent only one night had a long layover after 11h long flight so the hotel was great choice to get quick shower and get some sleep before next flight. Check-in was super quick just pay deposit, one signature no passport or ID copying just quick check and off to my room. I got breakfast too which I was really surprised but hey I will not turn down free breakfast they have good verity of foods. Only small problem was at the beginning to find the hotel there are a lot of signs but at the airport is currently some construction so I needed to go out of the airport and find doors of the next building which is train station maybe little irritating after a long flight but at the end it was like 10 min walk to find the hotel."

"Hotel is okay. Rooms of a decent size and short walk to T2 at the airport. A/C however is awful, even on strongest mode it failed to cool the room down after a moderately warm day. Room was still 24C at midnight after being on for 3 hours. Pillows were very thin too so felt like your head was on the duvet. "

"Bare minimum. Can’t even call and ask for towels to be brought up. You have to go get them downstairs yourself. No staff around like at all especially at night so if you don’t know how to mobile check-in, I highly don’t recommend staying here if you’re not good at technology to even get checked in."
