"We had an absolutely wonderful one-night stay at Havana Cabana Resort in Key West! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and Nick made it even better by offering us a complimentary breakfast, which was a lovely surprise. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink that truly set the tone for a tropical getaway. One of the highlights was the pool area—it’s stunning, with a great hot tub and plenty of space to unwind. We especially enjoyed having our complimentary breakfast poolside, which made for such a peaceful and enjoyable start to the day. A special thank you to Dina, the concierge, who helped us plan our day and recommended a visit to the Key West Butterfly Sanctuary—it turned out to be an unforgettable experience! Also, the resort’s free shuttle service to downtown was incredibly convenient, and Jackie, the shuttle driver, was so friendly and helpful. Overall, this resort offers exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and thoughtful touches that make your stay truly special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Key West!"

"This Margaritaville has different amenities than others, so our expectations might have been high. We were bummed to learn they do not have pool side or beach service. The pool was small, but they do have a small hot tub, however, it is older and not the best. The room we stayed in was a 2 bedroom suite, which, we absolutely loved for our family of 5. They do have a restaurant onsite, but they do not serve any food from 11am-12pm which we didn’t know and were disappointed to find out after sleeping in after long days of travel. They were very fast or help with room needs, but the staff at the front desk was consistently unfriendly. The shuttle service to Duval street was actually really nice, and one of the drivers was super friendly and told lots of fun stories. I don’t think I would stay here again knowing what I know now, but we did like our room. "

"Excellent location. Close enough to the action that it wasn’t a hassle going to touristy areas but far enough away it felt more relaxed. The resort was very well maintained and everyone we encountered in the staff were very kind. Loved our stay. "

"I like the wrist band room key-so handy. Pool was heated-so nice. Had ping pong and cornhole games additionally to our surprise! Staff was very pleasant. And to much surprise room was cleaned and coffee restocked daily without asking."

"Hotel was nice and pool area good. On site restaurant was good. Only 1 minor complaint would be they advertised a free shuttle downtown but that is no longer available. Other than that stay was great and I would recommend!"

"TV selections were poor. Did not have ABC which is a basic cable channel. Other channels very limited too. Realize you are not coming to watch TV but if you have a few days of bad weather or retire to the room early evening, nothing much to watch, no variety."
