"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "The hotel was lovely and our room was excellent. We can't fault any of the staff as they were friendly and helpful. The only thing we had an issue with was the catering for the evening meals. On the 2 nights we ate in the restaurant there were several meals and additional dishes that weren't available on both nights. There was only one waitress on both nights and the restaurant was busy and she was rushed off her feet. She coped remarkably well with so many tables to deal with. Apart from that we had a lovely time."
