"Hotel Anthemis is a family run/operated hotel located in the heart of Therma. Rooms and common areas are cleaned regularly and fresh linens/towels provided (every other day). Hot water can be tricky in winter months as the solar powered water heaters are the source. You may want to avoid taking showers late at night or early in the morning, unless you like cold showers. Rooms have all the basics as well as mini fridges and safes. Staff is ever smiling and eager to assist you in anyway they can, whether you need a rental car or a taxi/cab ride to the airport, they make it happen. Breakfast is not served during winter, only offered in Summer months. Sometimes noise (especially bathroom) seem to travel between rooms little more than you would expect but it is certainly not a deal breaker."

"Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Hotel is busy with charter flight clients changing every week, so buffet is super busy. If you want a view and quieter hotel with a pool stay at Doryss Lithos, much quieter. Definitely don’t stay in room 217 it is advertised as a deluxe balcony, it has a shared courtyard with no privacy "

"Our stay at the Samian Mare Hotel was amazing. We have been to Samos before, but that was our first time staying at Karlovassi. We liked our room, the breakfast, and most importantly, the staff was amazing. In particular, the reception staff was very helpful, and very friendly, in a real way. It felt us being at a home away.
