"The free shuttle was the reason I picked this hotel. It runs hourly but has a midday break, so you'll need to check their schedule. They also made a stop before the Hey Lou hotel. There was self-check-in, but an employee was on hand to assist. The room was aesthetically very nice and had a great layout. My only issue was the hairs on the hairs and bed, which seems to be due to the texture of the covers. Breakfast was chaotic with a large group, and there was no organization to the queues. The employees in the breakfast area were nice and did the best they could, but the crowd was difficult to navigate. I was also cut in front of multiple times by the other patrons. I would have waited until I saw the breakfast crowd rather than pre-paying the day before."

"I enjoyed my one evening stay. Most of all Becise of the helpful and attentive staff. The room was also comfortable, very clean and the amenities of high quality! Close to shopping and eating options. Made my stay overall enjoyable."

"Room was amazing. Clean and modern. Staff were great. Breakfast was first class. Did not use wi-if because they wanted my email address. Why? I get enough junk email. AC/Heat was not working but room was cool enough with window open. TV channels were all pixelated so couldn’t watch anything."

"The room with the sofa bed was very spacious, it can easily fit 4 adults. The sofa bed was already out and done (queen size) and was very comfortable, it felt like a regular bed and I loved the fact that I did not have to set it up. There is a "Rewe" grocery store next to the hotel and was convenient for food and toiletries. Lot's of taxis up front in the AM so it's easy to get back to the airport but you could also get the S-Bahn (S8/S9) from Gateway Gardens station. I also saw lots of restaurants around the property. "

"An excellent value with good amenities. I only used the room and the breakfast area, but both were modern, clean, and well equipped. The breakfast was ok, nothing special, with very few really healthy choices, and you pay separately for it. The location can't be beat for a pre-flight night, as I used it. If you're energetic, it takes about 30-40 minutes to walk there from the Fernbahnhof at Frankfurt Flughafen, but it would be quicker to take a terminal shuttle to Terminal 2 and walk the rest of the way on the streets. "
