"The building is a little old, with certain updates made (elevator etc). Rooms can be very hard to get to, unless you are close to the elevator. With any booking you make in the UK, always book the breakfast if you intend to eat breakfast. It will save you a ton if you prebook and pay for it. On-site parking, but parking lot is very tight."

"Location is good/safe, in Titanic quarters, right by the river Logan. 15 -20 mins walking distance to city centre/Cathedral quarter, 35 mins walking distance to Central Train Station which is great. Given lower scores though due to the exceedingly soft/spongy/assume worn out mattresses, which gave me and my partner back pain from sleeping on which unfortunately lasted the whole trip. Also didn't like construction noise (buildings nearby were being renovated/repaired)."

"I absolutely loved this property. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of history. Directly across the street from the Titanic museum and the SS Nomadic. The museum's garage parking also serves as hotel parking and they do discount the cost. Just take your parking garage ticket to the hotel's front desk."

"We had a 7th floor room with sporadic AC. The AC vents blew air in your face when sleeping. The shower was not a 5 star room shower. The meals were fair and you were required to purchase 2-3 courses for a set price. We had to pay for breakfast and it was worse than all the 5 star hotels we previously stayed at on our trip. The other hotels offered a free breakfast. Front desk service was sporadic and made an awful first impression. Not enough staff in the restaurants in off season. I do not know how they plan to handle the summer. Bottom line, stay somewhere else for the money. This hotel does not offer a five star experience but they do charge a five star price."
