"This hotel is very convenient for downtown Topeka and is walking distance to the capitol. The free breakfast was good. My room was clean. However, the hotel is not in the best condition and the public areas including the hallways were run down and dirty. This hotel is in need of a major renovation."

"We booked a last minute stay after we checked out of another hotel in town where we had a terrible experience with our room. We should have just booked SpringHill to begin with. The property and rooms are very clean, as was the pool which we enjoyed again. We will be staying at SpringHill anytime we’re in town in the future. Thank you!"

"Great experience. There was a soccer team or something there while we were, and you could hear people in the hallway. However, the design of the room muffled the sound a little bit. The pool was clean and must be heated. The gym looked good, but we did not use it. The lobby and breakfast areas were clean. Breakfast was good."
