"Everything about this hotel was perfect! "

"Comfortable rooms which were spacious and tidy. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a good variety for all. Pool bar food and drink were great and reasonably priced. Spa area VERY slippy, would recommend they have someone clearing water more frequently. Would come again for sure. "

"Our room was a sea view with a balcony but the room and bathroom was very old and dated. There was no hot water unless you ran the tap Or shower for over 12/14 mins. For that price I’d expect a nice room and bathroom not an old dated one with mouldy old tiles and sanitary ware."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and will be coming back again in September. However, be mindful of where your room is. We opted this time for a standard room and ended up in room 139 (first floor at the back of the hotel near the bins), which were emptied every morning between 2am and 5am. We are light sleepers and this did wake us up. Go for a pool view if possible, or maybe a higher floor. The food is very nice and the pool area is lovely. Never any rush for a sunbed throughout the day. Staff are lovely. Free shuttle bus (10 minute ride) into Palma Nova is great for a beach day :)"

"In my opinion the hotel did not deliver a 5 star experience. Positives: Great views! Our Junior Suite with Seaview was pleasantly spacious and so was the terrace. Both pool areas are elegant, pretty as a picture and very clean. Negatives: We were left waiting to check in with no explanation- it was not busy. We were so tired and it was a horrible feeling being left there for no obvious reason. Not much information was provided during the check in ( later- no directory in the room, no barcode with info to scan). One day our room was not cleaned. Then on other days cleaning products or cloths were left behind in the room. Breakfest does not offer a 5 star variety or richness. Parking is a nightmare ( also a weird practice of being asked to leave the key with the reception, on days we found parking our car was then moved outside the compound few times by the staff). There are residential homes on the compound (very strange). Hotel seems to operate as a restaurant- lots of outside guests. Giant crane outside was waking us up almost every day around 8am. The hotel won the lottery with the location and their gorgeous outside space makes full advantage of it. If you want few pretty snaps it's worth it. If you want a 5 star capsule experience it is not the place."

"Rooms (we had two, which is explained later) very nice, modern and clean. First room on the first floor was very noisy due to a locked but not at all soundproof connecting door to the next room. Neighbour played very loud music at 2.15am, and then snored loudly the rest of the night. Asked to be moved to another room the next morning and the staff were very helpful, moved us to a fifth floor room which was much quieter. Very nice hotel and excellent staff, just don't stay on the first floor if you can be somewhere else, or take ear plugs! Balcony rooms have excellent views of the harbour."
