"The hotel was amazing and the area was nice. The only thing that I didn't like and it was on ne was parking was primarily street, there is a lot down the road, but its a little walk. And when you pull the hotel up as if its close to the arenas, its not so just be aware. I needed to drop my family off at the xfinity area, and for some reason it said 3.3 miles. Its actually 11 miles, 45 minutes. Other than that, I loved the hotel and the staff. Perfect place to stay and unwind."

"Just there for an overnight stay but Crystal at the reception desk couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant. "The staff were friendly and helpful despite a busy check-in time. Although there were delays, they offered beverages and snacks for the wait. Check-in took about 20 minutes as the rooms weren’t ready yet. We were given a complementary upgrade to a Kong Suite. Upon entering the room it was spotless. Great dove amenities. No complaints. Had a great stay."

"During check in I witnessed a man walk into the lobby visibly intoxicated or mentally unstable. He was stumbling and talking to himself. He then asked one of the front desk staff if he could use the outlet to change his phone. That staff member agreed and then pointed him in the direction of the lobby sitting area. I witnessed the whole interaction and became infuriated because at that moment, I didn’t feel safe staying in that hotel with my children. I complained to the other staff member behind the desk and informed him of what had happened. He reprimanded the other employee and then asked the man in the lobby to leave. He was also communicating with someone via walkie talkie about the situation. This incident took a while to be resolved and delayed my check in process. The man did eventually leave the lobby, but then he lingered outside of the entrance for an hour before eventually leaving. Their facility’s were nice overall at this hotel but I definitely would not stay here again, knowing that the lobby is also for the public’s use and not just hotel guest!"
