"The water temp.in the shower was never steady and the water pressure was pretry bad. The staff and cleanliness of the hotel waa excellent!"

"The check in procedure was arduous; when I pulled into the garage I had to beep to get an attendant's attention, so I could get my ticket. There was an empty luggage cart there so I was able to have the (wonderful!!!) bellhop Allen bring everything upstairs for me. There was construction going on in the lobby so I had to do some prospecting to find the mezzanine level and get checked in. I was having a terrible day (heinous protest traffic, impossible to go one block to get to the hotel, I was accosted by a homeless person on the street, etc) and Allen was VERY caring. Once I got into my room & unpacked, I noticed a few things. The toilet kept running every time I flushed it & I had to keep going back to jiggle the handle. Eventually I stopped doing that as it was inconvenient, after about 40 minutes it eventually stopped. I was also unable to open the sliding door curtains all the way; they got stuck on the rails (both the inner and outer curtain): that was disappointing, as I wanted to see the entire city without curtains blocking my view. (I had paid extra money to upgrade to a suite so I would have a balcony.) The elevators were majorly slow. The construction in the lobby made it hard to even get INTO the building...sometimes the front door would be open, other times there were workers behind the door & I had to wave & bang on the (glass) door for them to open the door. One time the guy could not figure it out & told me to go around thru the parking garage! Disappointing."

"The hotel looks more like a 80s motel. Dirty, only one elevator working and super slow and outdated, didn’t feel safe. The property doesn’t have any amenities, not even a vending machine to get a bottle of water. The parking was as dirty as a construction site, really hard to maneuver and park, doesn’t feel safe to leave the car in there, the space is open to anyone to enter and exit. The room is big but disgusting, dirty, outdated, smelly and the bed was super uncomfortable. No pillows, just 3 little cushions flat and very uncomfortable. Only local channels in the tv and the quality was bad. In addition the whole Property smell like marijuana and the customers in the other rooms were loud. One of The worst experience I had in my life. "

"We had a non functioning hot water handle in the bathroom. The engineer couldn’t budge it without a wrench! So we didn’t have use of that but the hotel was trying to be accommodating except they couldn’t give a discount or comp because we booked through a 3rd party! If only I knew! I won’t be using hotel.com because there’s very little that could be done except through them and there wasn’t an easy way to get in touch with them so it probably went unreported! Don’t want to say never again but this has soured us on using any other or this, 3rd party service."
