"Hot tub outdated only had upper jets. Leak under kitchen sink. Coffee maker is a Keurig single serve. No carpet in the room was nice. Much cleaner that way. You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. No daily cleaning, no iron or ironing board. All can be requested. Door between the rooms was insufficient and we heard all the noise from the other room. Designated smoking area with an old flower planter for ashtray. It was never emptied. Hallway ceiling on 1st floor needs repair. We paid for Garden View. We looked at a bamboo fence and cement wall. It was fine for why we were on Cape for the week This is a timeshare and we had no idea until we arrived. They were not hard sell. But amenities should better presented in hotel listing. This is not your expected experience of a hotel. Overall not bad for a few days. Close to the hospital. Hyannis area overall is very busy with a lot of traffic."
