"We really enjoyed our stay at Vistana resort. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with full kitchen and living room and the interior design and decor were very well done considering the building was probably much older. The renovation was nice, but we did have to walk three flights of stairs as those older buildings did not have elevators. There are seven pools, so you choose the one closest to your building and it was very nice. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, and the check-in process was absolutely fantastic. We were able to check into our room at noon, which was an added bonus for sure. We would highly recommend to stay here"

Vacation Village Orlando, Celebration

"We enjoyed our two stays at this property during this vacation. The room and pool were great. There were nice bathrooms at the pool with plenty of space to take your kiddos or to change. During our first trip, only one elevator was working which was fine, just took longer to get our wagon and strolled down to the pool. The second stay was on the first floor, which was not my preference but was still okay. However, the experience to receive our parking pass was horrible. We visited two times during our FL vacation. 3 nights, left to visit other parts of FL, and then 4 more nights. The first visit, receiving the parking pass was only a mild annoyance with my husband present. The second time, my son was asleep in the car so my husband stayed with him. When it was just me, I was HARASSED by Rey about attending the timeshare presentation. Asking why I hadn't attended during our first stay. I said "No." And "No thank you." and "Please STOP." more than a dozen times. I left so angry that it ruined our evening. So, unless I book under my husband's name so he can handle that part of the trip, I would not return. Both times we were dealing with Rey. Ridiculous."

"Kid friendly. Clean and comfortable. Despite the outside temperature, our room stayed cool and comfy. We had access to the waterpark every day and there were plenty of events on site."

"Courteous staff, Clean room, Decent Breakfast and close to most parks. There’s a shopping center close by. They also provide free transportation to some parks. (I personally didn’t take advantage of this but nice to know) Overall, very pleasant stay. I would stay in this hotel again."
