"The staff was very accomodating to all our needs. All was great! Rooms need more towels and more than 2 rolls of toliet paper and 1 box tissues. We stayed two nights so room never cleaned. That is only down side. We were there in Dec as well. Same suggestion about paper aand cleaning. Reception staff Was Great !"

Breakfast offers hot meal like oatmeal porridge, baked sausage, beef patties, scrambled eggs, baked potatoes, waffles. Newly checked-in customer also have a free two drink tickets for a wide choice at hotel bar"

"I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the level of service I experienced during my recent stay. Throughout my visit, the standard of hospitality fell well below what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. There was no daily housekeeping service and no room service available, requiring me to go downstairs for even the most basic needs. On one occasion, I requested a bandage and was told to go to a nearby CVS — something I find completely unacceptable for a property positioning itself as a quality hotel. I was also deeply troubled by how my late checkout request was handled. When I raised the request at check-in, I was told to simply call on the morning of my departure. When I called at 10am on checkout day, I was informed I had until 11am. After some discussion, the front desk agreed to extend to 12pm — but then proceeded to threaten that security would be sent to my room if I had not vacated by that time. That kind of language toward a paying guest is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope the management team will take this feedback seriously and address these service gaps. I would welcome a response regarding how this will be handled. Thank you for your attention to this matter."
