"I loved this hotel. The staff were polite, welcoming and very helpful. The room was cleaned multiple times without even requesting. They anticipated our needs in advance and made sure we did not lack. Breakfast was delicious with so many choices to pick from. I was especially moved when they delivered an extra bed so my two girls did not have to share a bed. This was not billed at all. I wish the hotel staff in America could emulate their colleagues Thank you for a good experience. We will be back"
