Downtown District Hotels near Lake Havasu City

"My husband and I took our two kids (6 and 7 years old) for a long weekend and it was fantastic! They had fun activities for the kids all weekend long. The hotel is right next to the water and everything is in walking distance. The London Bridge was right next to it and it was so cool. The hotel is not only good for kids, but also for adults. I would HIGHLY suggest this hotel to anyone! "

"Quiet at night. Our room was clean and modern/updated. Beds/sheets were great. We all got a good night sleep. Early mid week breakfast options. Not in downtown, but close driving distance to the bridge and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in/out was easy."

"They gave us a different room despite calling ahead of time twice and being assured of an early check-in anytime after 12. We went to check in at 2, and the front office then said they could not guarantee a room until 5pm. On the email, the check-in was at 3; however, the front desk said check out was between 3 and 5. We were then moved to a different room, different to what we had paid for. "

"So not well maintained. One of the blinds was missing I had to manually shut most of them because they would not shut with the little handle. The bed is totally uncomfortable. The walls are super thin so you can hear the dog whimpering and barking next to us when the owners left it. They're outside the property is weeds and just not nice at all. There's a $20 fee if you choose to check in before 3:00 p.m. but the staff did let us know that. Staff is nice not any problems with them. We ended up checking out after the first night lost her money for the second night because it was not a good fit. I am not particular about Fancy things so when I say that this is not a good place to stay that is saying a lot. I've stayed at many Motel 6s before and yes they're older it may not be as pretty but when the toilet gets flushed and it sounds so loud and the back of the probably doesn't sit right on it it's just a mess I would not suggest anybody to stay there unless it's the last resort and one day would be your tops."
