"I always stay at the Mount Royal when I visit Banff. The staff are great and the location is perfect — close to everything. The only downside is that the hot tub could use an update, as the jets are very loud and sound like they might be broken. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay."

"The hottub that was open was a little foamy, and the other hot tub and sauna were closed for construction, but the view from the roof is amazing. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were amazing - when we were leaving the power went out and we couldn’t use the elevator, but 2 of the staff members happened to be there and they helped us carry everything down to our car - we didn’t even have to ask they just volunteered. As well the staff and food at Pancini’s was fantastic"

"Phenomenal. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, location is perfect (right next to the Main Street shopping) with a great restaurant and a great coffee shop attached. This will be the only place we stay from now on when we come to Banff - finally a hotel that’s worth the price you pay! This is the first stay in Banff where our hotel hasn’t been disappointing in any way. I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say about our experience here, and we’re already planning our next visit! If I could give a higher rating I absolutely would!"
