"Bed was comfortable and room size was good. Breakfast lacked substance, but was varied slightly each day. Portion sizes were small. The 'buffet' was split between two rooms. There is not enough seating at breakfast. I had to wait for people to finish on one occasion.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hostal has a 'silence after 9pm' policy. However, there are no staff in the hostal from 9pm to enforce it. Downstairs lounge areas are open plan below bedrooms so you can hear conversations at...

"The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. The staff also had trouble finding my reservation once I did check in. "
