"It was the bes"

"I stayed at this hotel for less than 24 hours and unfortunately several issues affected the experience. Our room was not ready at check-in time, and we were pressured into accepting a ‘king’ room even though we reserved two queens. The bed in the room we received appeared to be a queen, not a king as stated. The hot tub — one of the main amenities we booked the hotel for — was only 83°, which is far below hot tub temperature. On top of that, around eight children were occupying the space with pool noodles and food while parents and staff did nothing to enforce the posted rules. The environment made it impossible to relax or use the amenity as intended. Overall, the stay did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s amenities or reservation."

"This property is ideal if you're looking for a well-run, no-frills kind of place. I needed a place to stay that was an easy walk to Disneyland without paying Disneyland prices. The front desk staff was very polite and accommodating. My room was perfectly clean and nicely decorated. Best of all, I could park my car for a reasonable price, and they told me I could leave it there after I checked out until midnight that night! "

"Hi our experience at the hotel was just okay. First when we entered the room it was hot, and we left the AC on at 60 F and left to room for 3 hours and came back and it was still hot. We had to call maintenance to come to our room and help us with the problem. He told us to keep the fan option on. The first night it was so hot still in our room that we woke up sweating. Also the AC unit is very loud during the time it’s on. Overall it was hot in our room."

"Clean room, close to Disneyland"

"I would give 5 stars if the bed frame is replaced with something that is less noisy. The metal springs and plate coverings make annoying sounds. The bathroom remodeling is well done. Breakfast is up to par. "
