The accessibility room option had some tricky features that were difficult to understand and maneuver such as the shower, all though it was wheelchair accessible and provided a waterproof seat inside, there was no protective feature that prevented the water from flooding onto the rest of the bathroom floor. This caused the floor to be slippery and soaking wet for hours which made it even more difficult for me to navigate. And I didn’t see the benefit in having it in such manner. Also the handled toilet seat apparatus was helpful to boost yourself on & off the seat but is not one size fits all so for a bigger person it actually made it more difficult to be able to access the toilet often & there may have been a way to remove it but that would be awfully difficult for me to do on my own. Otherwise the room & hotel was great.

The room faced the parking lot. With people coming and going we had to keep curtains closed. There were no sheer curtains to bring in light so the room was too dark with two low lamps. The bathroom was way too small. There was a bulb out. You can’t turn off the bathroom fan so it runs the whole time you’re getting ready. Too loud. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor or the one below. The property clean but worn.
