"Great location. Our room was in great condition and appeared to be recently renovated. My kids enjoyed the pool. The staff member who checked us in was able to arrange a great little surprise for my son which made our stay extra special. Thank you!!!"

"I was quite impressed with the Calgary Marriot Downtown Hotel. Getting to the hotel was quite easy. I used the valet parking, this was very convenient. Once in the hotel the staff at the reception desk were fantastic. They were very helpful when we needed extra blankets and a microwave. The service was spot on. We requested an extra blanket and a microwave at the reception, by the time we got to our room both items were there. There is a Milstones restaurant on site as well as a Starbucks. The hotel is located right on the walking path with all the shops and restaurants. This is very convenient for going out for dinner and taking in the sites. The only negative I had with this hotel was the rooftop patio that is advertised on line is not open to regular hotel customers. The patio is only for special functions and weddings. I picked this hotel because it had this beautiful rooftop patio but was not able to use it when we got there. It wasn't too disappointing as there were other restaurants and patios in walking distance. All in all, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. "
