Downtown Boerne Hotels near San Antonio

"Breakfast was nice, check-in guy with the portable oxygen was very rude. I can’t believe he would even be hired to work there. Not welcoming at all and had a very bad attitude. The rest of the staff was kind except for him. We requested towels and never got them. Our room had mold in the shower, found bottles of alcohol unopened in towels in the bathroom.. very odd… "

"This hotel is horrible, at least our room was. It had mold inside the closet. It smells horrible and the beds make so much noise, it was horrible to turn around in the bed. There were some bugs in the bed, not fleas, but definitely bugs. I got the room last minute because I messed up my reservation at another hotel, so I didn’t complain to the front desk. But please avoid this specific hotel. Breakfast was good though. "

"Had an ok stay here over the weekend. The staff was accommodating in helping me change dates after I mistakenly booked the wrong ones, but at this price point any property that charges for self-parking looses a grading point. Paid self-parking is listed in the property details, but this is unacceptable IMO. The largest deductions in my score, however, came when I banged my shin into a wooden trim piece sticking out into the only walkway around the bed in the middle of the night, and when the room AC switched itself to heat & became unresponsive the morning of check out. "
