Beach Hotels in Downtown Asheville Art District, Asheville

"This was a good hotel, clean. Rooms are very small but its very niche! Great location, parking is adjacent to hotel. I stayed during late fall- did go up to rooftop pool, its clean, has an outdoor fire pit- really would be great to come back during summer. It close to walk to restaurants. They have a spot at the end of hallway where you can grab extra towels so you don't know to call and wait for things like that- I thought that was neat. Although this is a smaller hotel, it beautifully...

"The Flat Iron Hotel is located in a historic building that has been lovingly restored and updated while preserving its history. The bed and bathroom are great with a very comfortable bed and shower with lots of water pressure. The only thing missing is a place to sit. There is only one chair and no table or desk. The rooftop bar has wonderful drinks as well as views. I am glad we came and would recommend it to like minded travelers."

"Kind, helpful staff. Real thought put into the finishes with integration of local art. Stayed in Magnolia and loved the tub. Nice to have parking on site since street parking is real tight. A free breakfast is also included and they provide all local food, which was delicious. Bed was more 4 star than 5 but overall great stay!"
