"I was at Rehoboth for the Coastal Delaware Running Festival. The management changed our checkout time allowing an extra 2 hours, allowing me to shower as checkout after the race. This was not expected and greatly appreciated. Thank you!"
"Heat didn’t consistently work. Black mold in tub stopper and hair in tub. Went to get into room and batteries on door lock was dying. Spent 30 mins with desk clerk at check in trying to get into room and then by sheer luck I got in. The next morning the desk clerk and main guy tried telling us there was nothing wrong with the door and then I had to escort the maintenance gentleman up so he could see the lock wasn’t working. Turns out the batteries were indeed dying/dead and that’s why we couldn’t get in. Spent more time trying to get into the room and cleaning the room. Should not have to do this. Stayed here prior and was great but has fallen into disrepair in recent times. "
"I’ve been staying at this hotel for years, and I think it’s a great deal. That said, things seem to have slipped a bit since their long-term manager left. Lots of items missing at breakfast. Deadbolt to my room was broken. Some confusion/lines at the front desk.
I like that it is unpretentious, clean, and very reasonably priced. The indoor pool and hot tub are fabulous. Hoping that the minor issues are solved once they transition with the new manager."
"It was my first time to Cape May. The weather was perfect. Harry’s restaurant was just as good. Staff, food….all good. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The room was nice and cozy and so was the balcony. If you’re looking for a getaway weekend, I highly recommend this place."
"Checkin was great, very friendly and we got our room early. Elevators were good size to hold cart and our family of 6. Rooms were spacious and nice. Kids loved the pool. For a continental breakfast they had lots of choices. Parking lot was great. Highly recommended!"
