"Clean room nice staff but the rooms are not comfy. Could use a chair and better light. Plus, a smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and the hightntime person had to come and remove it. She apologized but honestly it left me super anxious and we never heard another thing about it."

"It was our second stay at this hotel with the family. The location is excellent, with a beautiful ocean view, and the room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, the room was clean, although there were a few flies that had likely gotten in at some point. The main issue during our stay was the extremely poor sound insulation and the noise from the neighbors above us. On the first night, there was prolonged loud noise coming from their room that was clearly audible to our family, including our children. On the second night, they were walking around, moving furniture, and making noise throughout the night. Unfortunately, this made our stay quite uncomfortable. I also think the room requres some maintenance. For example, the toilet seat looked disgusting and it takes 40-50 dollars to fix it in a room costing 360 dollars per night."

"Charges for amenities that weren't open ; outdoor pool or outdoor bar . Construction took up a lot of parking ; had a guy try to get in our door as I was walking out ; called front desk still waiting on manager to call back . Uneven floor upstairs make you walk with caution . The mini split is huge and very very loud right at your ear at your bed . Location perfect"
