"When we first arrived, we were gave a key to a room and some directions, when we arrived to the room it wasn’t clean yet, the tub was peeling, the floor was in pretty rough shape, so we returned to the office and requested a new room, without hesitation we were gave another key, when we arrived to that room it was much better, a rug this time, in better shape and no peeling in the tub, beds were comfy, the air conditioning was also working very well."
