"Clean room and so close to the beach"

"I was pleasantly surprised with the Grand Burstin. Hotel was very clean, staff were really friendly and the amenities were fantastic. The entertainment at the hotel was out of this world and so unexpected. I had a wonderful evening full of entertainment. Bar staff are very friendly. Especially the lady with the long brown hair. Thank you Burstin!"

"Great room, was large with comfortable bed, quiet and with lovely views. Room also had real coffee, a fridge and AC. The only disappointment that I found strange was that the hotel bar and restaurant didn’t overlook the sea. To have a hotel turn its back on its main asset (the beachside location) was annoying. Surely would benefit from turning the ballroom into a bar or restaurant!! Staff all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fine, good value but nothing special"

"The room was clean and reasonably decorated. The staff were welcoming and polite. The breakfast was good. There is no evening restaurant but this is not a problem as there are a large number of restaurants a short walk away. The hotel is well situated for all the towns attractions but benefits for being just off the High Street (which can be very busy). Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again."

"When we arrived, there was a mixup with the booking but they handled it really well. They gave us a room that we hadn’t booked which was fantastic. We then moved the next day into another lovely room. They bent over backwards and they couldn’t do enough for us it made my stay and my partners stay whose birthday it was on the Monday an absolutely fantastic time and may I just say thanks to Sam and the team for looking after us and making us so welcome. Absolutely fantastic stay lovely area beautiful breakfast just cannot fault it it was memorable"
