"Absolutely loved this place. Not knowing much about Tucson, I was looking for a comfortable, reasonably priced place for a few days. Don’t let the price fool you, this place is AMAZING (and were it in a larger city, it would be at least twice as much). The staff, amazingly friendly and helpful, the grounds so well maintained and just beautiful. The free breakfast, while typical, is above average. The only caveat, is it’s a bit far out of town, but that didn’t bother me in the least. If I ever get back to Tucson, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else…."

"Nice quiet, older property that served the purpose for our visit. Pillows were super soft (I always bring my travel pillow for this reason) and mattress was too. Food was good at the on site restaurant."

"Beautiful property! No need to go anywhere else. Very relaxing and the food was great! Gooood cuppa coffee from the coffe shop. They were always busy but the girls were good and moved them along very fast."
Comfort Suites At Tucson Mall

"The rooms were very clean, but housekeeping is every other day, so don't use all your towels. The bed though comfortable, had not been turned in a while so the edges were lower than the middle, you felt like you were going to roll out onto the floor. The air conditioner was fantastic almost no noise and kept the room very cool. The room is very spacious and comes with blackout blinds. Huge tv but free channels only, though they say premium channels included. Staff was very friendly; they did go out of their way to help you. Did not use the Wi-Fi, so no comment on that. The breakfast was very nice, included eggs, sausage, waffles, toast's, cereal, juices, coffee or tea, creamers and sugars. Weekends 7 to 10 weekdays 6 to 9 a.m. Ice machines all worked and were close to the rooms. I only had 1 downside to my stay other than the bed. Some of the other guests on my floor were a little loud during all four days we stayed, even though there were quiet hours plaques posted. Pool was clean as well as the hot tub, which is bigger than most. All-in-all it's a very nice place to stay."
