Pickalbatros Sungo Club - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"We have enjoyed Pickalbatros Sungo. The property was very clean. The staff very polite, welcoming, nice and helpful. Pools were very clean. We have enjoyed water park. Food was fresh and abundant. The weather in March (end of March) did not cooperate and we had couple gloomy and rainy days but this was not the fault of the resort.
The only thing we did not like and we thought the resort management could have done a better job was the entertainment area and its quality. The area was basically a bar in the basement, smelled like cigarette. Very tiny and not enough seats and lacked security code (only one way in and no emergency doors). Not sure why they did not do entertainment outdoors next to the main cafe? We basically tried entertainment the first night and never went back.

Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort
2/10 Terrible
"I visited Mazagan during Ramadan to try their Iftar buffet, and I wanted to share my experience.
I’ve been visiting this hotel since 2009, and it has always been one of my favorite destinations in Morocco. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and the staff are truly amazing.. always friendly, polite, and very welcoming. This level of service is something I’ve consistently appreciated over the years.
However, I was quite disappointed with the food this time. Considering that this is a five-star hotel, the Iftar buffet was surprisingly small with very limited variety. In comparison to other five-star hotels, the selection felt quite underwhelming. I have always remembered Mazagan for its incredible breakfast, so this experience was unexpected.
Another point I noticed was the toiletries in the rooms. The shampoo and shower gel were combined in one product, and the quality felt quite poor. It gives the impression that some cost-cutting measures are being implemented, which unfortunately affects the overall luxury experience.
Mazagan is still a beautiful resort and, in my opinion, one of the best hotels in Morocco. But small details like food quality, variety, and room amenities make a big difference, especially for guests who have been visiting for many years.
I truly hope the management takes this feedback into consideration so the hotel can maintain the high standards it has always been known for."

Riad Dar El Malaika
10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely gorgeous Riad. My room was so lovely and looked out on to the beautiful courtyard. Breakfast was an absolute feast each morning. Every staff member was friendly and helpful and did a great job! I spent 6 nights in this wonderful retreat and have zero complaints. There are only 5 rooms/suites, the building is spread out in such a way that i felt i was staying there all alone. If you are looking to escape in a sumptuous atmosphere i cannot recommend a better place to do so.

Agafay Luxury camp
2/10 Terrible
"Terrible service, a very transactional driven hotel with no sense for client satisfaction.
I had booked a balloon service however I got sick the day of, and the hotel management instead of rescheduling my tour, decided to take my money with no option to reschedule. Front desk needs to be trained for better hospitality manners. At the end, I lost almost 300 dollars, and when I asked Mgmt if I could get a credit in the restaurant or spa, they refused.
So the hotel, is more important to collect money rather than guests having a memorable experience. "
