"Manager was fantastic and helpful; beautiful and peaceful Riad in a 15th century building."

"The hotel is ideally located, well-managed, and offers a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, the service is good, and the breakfast is enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant experience and a great choice for visitors, especially during the October festival. Highly recommended!"

"Shireen was so welcoming and made feel like I am home with family she treated me with so much respect and kindness. The place is beautiful and peaceful. "

"Love the place, I highly recommend this hotel."

"This riad is an absolute gem, from the helpful staff to the lovely rooms and setting. It's worth mentioning though that Al-Jadida itself has not been maintained for tourists in the ways bigger cities such as Marrakesh have been. It was difficult to find restaurants, the steets were much dirtier than elsewhere in Morroco, and there was very little to see or do. I would not recommend Al-Jadida as a sightseeing or liesure destination."

"The place looks like a dumpster and the staff has no skills whatsoever"

"Being in an old church, the architecture of the rooms and the common area is unique and the decor very thoughtful. Staff are great. Highly recommended."

"The morning floor restaurant manager is one of the best I have met in Morocco. He is passionate about people and his career."

"Great location but it’s not well maintained "
