"Good overall mostly but wifi (internet) never worked. Pool was dirty but it was end of April and not fully pool season I suppose. 2 Light bulbs out in one lamp, maintenance brought replacements. Tissue box in wall was empty so I left cover off to get refill for night 2 but cover was just put back on -no refill. "

"We stayed here for a track meet at SFA and not a lot of options available in Nacogdoches. We stayed one night just to sleep and shower. It met our basic needs and has been recently updated with vinyl flooring and paint, not great quality but ok. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Lady at check-in was very friendly and welcoming. Hallway and stairwell carpet dirty and nasty looking. All in all it met our basic needs."
