"Shuttle never came to pick me up at the airport as promised . Breakfast croissant were stale and not fresh . Room was ok and clean . No shampoo or lotion on the bathroom , just soap . "

No water I couldn't wash myself, a/c bearly working, no internet connection, no bar to have a coffe fresh water, no restaurant to have a meal, staff barely talking at all in any language....realy sad atmosphere. I use to stay in this hotel and it was a decent place totally opposit of what is now."
