"This hotel is top notch in that city. It’s very clean, the rooms are spacious, the services are beyond expectation in that city. It’s not too far from the main road, easy accessibility to other things of interest as most amenities are in the building, such as, a clean pool, great restaurant, mini shops, spa in the building etc. and the security too is very great. The entire building is beautiful and the pictures do not give justice to the actual building or rooms themselves, it looks better in person than what the pictures portray. I am looking forward to staying here anytime I am in the country or area as it’s the best I have been in since I have been in the area. Thank you Exotic Plaza Hotel for bringing the change and standard that people need. "

"This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to and has the best customer service I have ever seen. Vivian the front manager is an amazing manager and goes the extra mile to help clients and is always smiling and happy to help. The staff are well trained and the security is excellent. Issues with rooms are resolved promptly. Rooms are cleaned daily and the food in the restaurant is amazing. This is the best hotel in douala for those who need a good European standard hotel with amazing comfort and customer service. Will be returning soon as they made my stay enjoyable. "
