Property is small and recently renovated, but bottom line this is a dressed up budget hotel, so keep your expectations in line. "Need a room last minute when we decided to stay the night well visiting kings dominion for the day. Book our room at 8:30 pm that evening they had a room available. Check in was quick and easy. Look of the hotel from the outside is not great but the room was okay and the beds were comfortable for a smoking room it didn’t smell like one that was nice. TV was great something to watch before bed. My husband Sadie the water pressure was good even thought the tub looked like it need to be redone it...
