"It was an old rundown hotel. The furniture, curtains and floors were old. The hotel smelled of smoke from the lobby throughout the whole hotel. It was horrible. People were hanging out in the parking lot with loud music. A couple were arguing in the parking lot when we arrived at the hotel. I was afraid to stay for the whole vacation."

"I had a really great stay. I had an issue with my flight, and the hotel staff was very accommodating and understanding during the situation. The front desk staff was wonderful, and the valet staff was also great and very helpful. The housekeeping lady was especially sweet and made us feel very welcome. Everyone was kind and professional, and it really made the stay even better. Overall, I had a great time and truly enjoyed my experience at this hotel."

"We have always been happy with this property, this time, not so much. We arrived shortly after 5PM to a line of people waiting to check in. Listening as other were being checked in, they were telling guests there was a wait for their rooms. The associate was explaining that guests have been checking in since 7AM, and they are giving out rooms in the order that they came in. Explain to me, what does that mean? In my mind, you don’t have rooms ready, period. She denied that to be the case. She said it was about a 15-20 minute wait. While we were waiting the family behind us got called to the desk for their room. My husband went up to talk to the guy that came out from ‘office?’. He told him we’ve been waiting longer than the 15-20 minute quote. He immediately had a room for us. The front desk peeps, just did not seem as friendly as they normally are. Side note, in room coffee maker did not work. It leaked all over the dresser. "

"Corey was amazing! From the time we pulled up to valet he was so accommodating to my kids and I! Room was very clean! Only thing I can say is that our room looked down at the back of hotel where there was some equipment, ladders, and trash. Not the best view at all for the price, but our stay was pleasant, nonetheless."

"It appears that the place is very understaffed. We arrived at 5pm to check in to go to a concert. We had called in advance to request a room for 5 people- 2 adults and 3 kids, so we reserved a room with two double beds and one sofa bed. When we got into the room, there were no blankets or pillows for use on the sofa bed. I went to the front desk to ask for a blanket, and she said she would have to bring one up later. When we arrived back from the concert at 11pm, there was still no blanket, so I went to the front desk again and she said she would have to bring the blanket up to my room. At that point, I had very sleepy kids, so they just went to bed. My son had to sleep in his clothes with nothing but a sheet to cover up with and he was cold all night. I woke up in the morning to find a voicemail on my cell phone from 1:30AM! It was the front desk saying that they came to my room at 1:30am to bring my son a blanket and no one answered the door. Well, of course not, it's 1:30 in the morning. The couch in the room was gross with so much skin oil on the arms of the couch that it was severely discolored. The shuttle drivers were rude and the shuttles smelled of cigarette smoke. Would not stay here again."
