"Excellent service, very nice people, they did above and beyond to make sure that we’re ok and satisfied. Excellent experience for us. Amazing view of the area. The place is kind of a ranch out of Salento but Julian the owner drove us to town and to Cocora valley when needed. We enjoyed milking the cows and riding the horses. Very good customer service. "The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our four-day stay. We could sit at our breakfast table in the morning, take in a great view, and watch all the birdlife. The hotel is just outside of Manizales, so it was easy to get into the city with our rental car and close to other sites in the area as well. Great value for the price. Would definitely recommend it."

"I arrived to the hotel and the manager said that Expedia did not send any reservation for me. It was late at night and I decided to stay. Next day the manager said that I need to pay out of my pocket because Expedia didn't send any reservation. I tried to call Expedia and it was not easy. When I got home I call Expedia and made the complain I was hoping they return my money but they didn't. The manager did not help me to contact Expedia just said that I need to pay because he was busy. "
