"La chambre rien à redire tout parfait mais mauvaise signalisation pour trouver quelqu'un car pas de réception Sur le site est annoncé un restaurant mais fermé lors de notre séjour et pas de message en amont pour nous l'indiquer Dommage"
"A welcome break after a mammoth drive.
Booked last minute through Expedia but didn’t get entry code.
Confirmation number didn’t work either.
A member of staff from the nearby Mercure hotel came to help. He was brilliant. So helpful and sorted out the issue.
Pat on the back for Mercure man and HotelF1.
A poke in the eye for Expedia for leaving us high n dry."
"It was horrible rainy, misty and cold. The room was cold and even through the owner brought us an extra heater & a lovely cup of tea, it never got above 17 degrees. Small room with basic facilities. Narrow stairs & struggle to get bags up to room. Restaurant nice but steak I had was tough."
