"There’s a lot to love about this very special hotel. The location, atmosphere and overall set-up are genuinely unique, right in the heart of Hardy country in the village of Evershot.
I did have a couple of issues with the hot water during my stay, but management dealt with them swiftly and effectively.
What really makes the place stand out, though, is the staff. The attention to detail and the care they take over guests’ comfort is second to none, and it’s what turns a nice stay into a great one. The food is excellent, and the spa is a real highlight too. There’s a real sense that people here take pride in what they do — and it also comes across that they’re treated well, which is a joy to see."
"Very clean and comfortable room and helpful staff.
Very good self service breakfast included although being picky it would have been nice to have had fried eggs and mushrooms available with the cooked breakfast. We would certainly be happy to use the hotel again. "
"Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Spa facilities are really nice and well maintained. Overall very good value for money. The breakfast buffet is also very good 👍 "
