"The staff at the Hyatt in Cambridge was outstanding! Everyone was friendly, cheerful, and efficient, and they truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were happy to accommodate additional requests for our room and provided excellent recommendations for local entertainment and travel. We visited during a record-breaking heat wave, so the comfortable lounge/pub was the perfect place to relax, have a bite, and cool off. Again, the staff amazing! The hotel’s location was also excellent, just a pleasant walk to the fireworks display and strolling across the bridge to the Back Bay, also within easy reach of Fenway Park, Harvard and MIT. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return and recommend."

"The location was great, just a few minutes walk to the Prudential subway station. I don't drive to Boston, take the train so prefer hotel near public transportation. The free breakfast was okay, coffee, pre-packaged pastry and fruit. Just down the street is an excellent restaurant Thornton's. Reasonable prices and super service and food."

"Hotel essentially located in historic downtown, minutes from all major sites and the Freedom Trail. This is a historic hotel, so expect lots of character and be patients. The room was small, but well organized, the bathroom had been newly renovated, coffee maker and mini fridge in the room, in room safe, and large closet. Good water pressure in the shower, excellent air conditioning which was important considering it was 105° the day I arrived, and quiet at night with double pain windows and no noise coming from neighbors. Best of all was the service, the valets are extremely helpful and friendly, the porters were also very friendly and quick to offer assistance, the front desk was always helpful and had a smile. Service in the restaurants was excellent. I could not have been more pleased with the service provided. Thank you Omni!"

"Was very near to harbour and other amenities . The room was very clean and had everything you could require for a good stay . Ate here on one evening and the food was good and a 15 dollar discount per person, made it even better value . Was not the best location for public transport as seemed to require a mix of busses and subway to get anywhere ( or a reasonable walk - ok if no mobility issues). Would stay here again but felt the price point was quite high compared to others we stayed in whilst in Boston ."
