Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. "My colleague who stayed here said it was clean and beautifully decorated. It is about 1 min to Reading Town Centre. There is some mild traffic noise from the buses early morning but nothing to do with the property. This didn’t affect the stay and wasn’t noisy enough to disrupt any sleep. "Parking was really handy as it was a designated spot for the accommodation. The area was quiet and the home was lovely with added amenities My friend slept upstairs and I slept downstairs on the couch. The couch was a little hard for me to sleep on but a really good size. "Very comfortable overnight stay booked as were going to a music festival a few miles away and didn’t want to drive back home late at night . This was perfect . A nice welcome and check in/check out. We booked breakfast and it was delicious. The breakfast host was very welcoming as were the team in the restaurant . Having a gym was very useful. Bedrooms was nice and spacious and well maintained Iron and ironing board, hairdryer,plenty of power points and usb ports. Lots of wardrobe space and lighting inthe wardrobe . Bathroom had shower , which we prefer to a bath. Very quiet room. The only thing that I didn’t notice was a safe . Maybe it was hidden. A mini fridge would have been nice but not essential. all in all a very comfortable stay and we would definitely stay again when meeting friends or family from Bristol or Gloucester area. Or visiting the Cotswolds but not wanting to drive back to London. "
