"When I checked in, I was assigned a room with dirty linens and a used beer can. I had just come from a long flight, so it was disappointing. The restaurant staff was EXCELLENT. The location was near a major mall. My stay was fine after the first incident, but it was ruined at checkout when a staff member questioned me why there was only one hanger in the closet, using an accusatory tone as if I had stolen it. There was only one hanger to begin with. This hotel could have been fine if the front desk staff were trained to handle issues like they did with me. I told them to add a hanger because I would feel bad for the next guest who would be subjected to an accusation of theft, as they did to me. Although they apologized, the damage had already been done."

"I'll never stay there again, For example, even though I had entered my address & other info online beforehand, however, I was made to write it all down again by hand at check-in, they also took a photo of my passport, I question how they manage personal info, ... ? There was no water bottle, & not even a cup, in the room, I ordered breakfast for 8 AM when I checked in but it arrived at 9 AM, ..."

"Do not stay at this property. The photos are outdated and very misleading. Upon arrival, the building looked abandoned and unsettling. The room we were initially assigned was not safe or suitable for sleeping—there were many mosquitoes, and the bathroom was unsanitary. We requested a room transfer and were asked to pay additional money. Even after transferring, the new room still had mosquitoes. Both my child and I ended up with numerous mosquito bites. The staff also required a deposit to receive the room key, but this deposit was never returned at checkout. The staff claimed there was a PHP 400 rate difference but did not provide any receipt. We were two adults and one child, yet we were only provided with one old towel and a blanket that was extremely thin and almost torn. The lack of basic amenities was unacceptable. Because the booking was non-refundable and we had nowhere else to go at the time, we had no choice but to stay. The experience was extremely stressful and unpleasant for my family. Additionally, the property is located near a main road, and traffic noise can be clearly heard inside the room. This was a terrible experience overall, and I strongly believe this property should not be listed on your booking platform. "

"Always book here whenever staying in Caloocan. Location is safe, and accessible. There is always security and you always feel safe. The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. I will definitely be booking again next visit in Caloocan! Maraming Maraming Salamat po!! "
