"We could not rate the staff as we arrived late and left early so they did not have opportunity to recieve our issues.
That said, I raised the issues with the site in their internal review and while apologetic they did not mention any of the issues we had said.
Overall, it was dirty and mould in the showers, dead flies in the sink and the shower /wetroom smelt bad - which also became apparent thi may have been due to the shower drain being blocked and after 1 person showering it flooded the...
