The private tub is a must and made the experience even more magical. The location is central and perfect for exploring the island, yet still feels private and peaceful. The staff were the sweetest—so thoughtful and attentive. They even made us sandwiches to take on our hike, and it was such a relief to be able to have our laundry done easily...

"The most beautiful scenic views combined with excellent service! The reception and porter team were amazing, helpful at every turn whether it be with bags, breakfast, or booking cars or activities. They even upgraded our room upon arrival! Would highly recommend visiting this hotel. "
"Great property! Great staff! Good buffet breakfast included. Epic views from everywhere on this property. Just be aware that there are a lot of stairs to climb to get onto street level so be prepared for that.. we didn’t mind that much since it was our only working out during our whole trip lol

Beautiful quiet property, literally perfect location. 10 minute walk to beautiful Fira, and all the hustle and bustle, but hotel located in a quiet area, near the top of the hill overlooking not only Fira, but great Caldera view. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. A few things however, their restaurant is really not a restaurant, just a few table by the pool. If you want quiet, romantic and the view, this has it, but but more like eating on a patio. We got the junior suite, and I felt a waste of money. Same size as our friends regular room. Yes, we had a balcony, but is as not private. Also, the pool is great, but a bit deceiving that you can see the view from it - you cannot. Only if you look from the pool thru the doorway can you see. Small issues, and not enough to not give 5 stars, just some helpful tips."
