He let us in and called the manager for us. We booked a 4 person family suite, and didn’t get the room the first night. "This place was such a disappointment. They call it a “penthouse,” but it’s really not. The kitchen curtains were dirty, the cutlery wasn’t clean, and there was no parking even though the listing said there would be. We ended up having to pay 100 euros for a nearby parking garage, which was super frustrating. "Wifi didn't work. Kept complaining. Just more useless passwords. Eventually gave up. Luckily the hotels and cafes nearby let you use their wifi. If it was in Albania Dubai or Sofia I'd be screwed. Also heat didn't work well. Slept in my full clothes 1st night with quilt too. Eventually it started to heat up and the weather turned milder. I had it on 32 celcius(90 F) highest setting otherwise it wouldn't work at all. Mgt co. is terrible. Otherwise was ok. I would say ok for 1 night but not cold...
