"The courtyard should be cleaned up there was a bag of what I don't know and beer bottles in a planter bed and garbage all over doesn't make a good impression inside the building it was very clean however"

"The room is very small, with TV and lights working properly. There was no soap in the bathroom, only empty dispenser. The stay was manageable and staff was accommodating."

The spa with a beautiful tropical shower, hot tub and Hammam in the lower level is a treat! Very central to easily enjoy the village and close to wine tasting rooms, shopping and restaurants."

"Room was okay, well equipped. The hotel is situated in an industrial area with no transport, one is stranded there with no place to go, unless by taxi or Uber which are expensive options. With regards to the "spa" - you have to book an appontment for the pool, for which there is a 12 euro charge for 90 minutes. The restaurant was closed as apparently there were not enough guests to warrant it being open. The staff were amazing, but doesn't make up for the lack of amenities. I would not stay there again."

It's also surrounded by restaurants and close to a shopping mall. Would book a room here again for future visits to Avignon."
