"Appartment very clean and well equipped the tv wasn't working properly and the water in shower was very hot and we couldn't turn temperature down location excellent for our needs reported shower and they dealt with . The only criticism was the outside and lobby area needed a good clean .Would definitely stay again"

"Seems slightly unfair to rate the hotel as only used it for sleep the two nights I was there (didn't have breakfast/dinner). The staff were good from the interactions we did have. The hotel itself looks a bit tired although you can see improvements being done. I can imagine in it's heyday this was chock a block. Tram stop right outside the hotel made transport easy. Was value for the price we paid."

Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work—fresh linens, gleaming bathroom fixtures, and dust-free surfaces made the space feel both welcoming and hygienic. Even communal areas like the dining room and hallways were consistently tidy and fresh. Not only was the hotel immaculately clean, but the atmosphere was warm and professional. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything felt organised and well-cared-for. If you're looking for comfort, great service, and top-notch cleanliness, the Royal Alexandra truly delivers. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!"

"We had a good stay. The Hotel was very nice. Clean through out. Staff were very good. The breakfast was good too. With lots to choose from. One thing that spoilt it. Was the bed being too firm. We wanted to stay another night. But we was quoted even more than the night we had already paid for. "
